A secure, personalized page that shows each affiliate partner their performance and earnings. It provides transparency while keeping affiliate data protected.
For Organization Owners
Sharing Dashboard Access
You can easily share a partner's dashboard link from your Partners management page:
Access Partners Section
Navigate to Dashboard → Affiliates → Partners
Generate Partner Link
For any partner, click the "Copy public dashboard URL" action
Share Securely
Send the generated link to your partner through your preferred communication method
What Partners See
Partners get a clean, focused view of their affiliate performance including:
- Outstanding Balance - Current unpaid commission amount
- Total Earnings - All commission earned to date
- Conversion Count - Number of successful referrals
- Commission Rate - Their agreed payment terms
Performance Charts
Interactive charts showing earnings over time with adjustable date ranges
Commission History
Detailed table of all commissions with order details and payment status
Payout Records
Complete history of all payments made to the partner
For Affiliate Partners
First-Time Access
When you receive your dashboard link from your affiliate manager:
Click the Link
Open the shared dashboard URL in your browser
Set Your Password
You'll be prompted to create a password to secure your dashboard
Access Your Data
Log in with your password to view your affiliate performance
Regular Dashboard Use
After initial setup, simply visit your dashboard link and enter your password to see:
- Your current outstanding balance
- Recent commission earnings
- Payment history and status
- Performance trends over time
