Getting Started

Setting up Yaplet takes just a few steps:

Create your account

Sign up at yaplet.com and log in to your dashboard.

Install the widget

Copy the embed snippet and paste it into your website. See the Widget Getting Started guide for platform-specific instructions.

Train your AI chatbot

Open Vex in the sidebar and add your company info, knowledge base articles, and website URLs so the AI can answer customer questions accurately.

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team to add team members, assign roles, and configure permissions.
