All articles
One flat, searchable table of every article in the brand's knowledge bases — publish, check ratings, share and delete without walking the category tree.
Open it from Brand → Knowledge: the All articles button next to the create button, shown whenever the brand has at least one knowledge base. Where a knowledge base's own view walks categories, this page flattens everything the brand holds into a single table — the fastest way to audit, publish or clean up content in bulk.
Every language version is its own row
An article translated into three languages appears three times, each row with its own Published state. That makes the table double as a translation report: filter by language and you see exactly which versions exist and which are still drafts.
The columns
- Title — opens the article editor directly.
- Published — a toggle, not just a label; see below.
- Language — the version's language, written out.
- Rating — how readers voted; hover for the exact counts.
- Category and Knowledge base — each links to that level's own management page.
- Date — when the article was created.
What you can do from a row
- Publish or unpublish in one click. Publishing also indexes the article for the AI straight away; if indexing hits the free plan's shared allowance, the article still publishes and a warning tells you the AI part is waiting.
- Read and reset ratings. The breakdown shows positive, neutral and negative counts; resetting clears them for a fresh start.
- Share — opens the same share dialog as everywhere else, with direct and fixed links.
- Delete. Removing an article also removes its translations and everything indexed from them, after a confirmation.
Finding things
The table searches titles and filters by language, publish state, category and knowledge base — so "every unpublished Hungarian draft in the pricing category" is one filter combination, not a walk through the tree.
