Visitors
View and manage visitors currently online on your website with the live chat widget.
Overview
The Visitors page displays a real-time list of visitors who are actively browsing pages with your live chat widget installed. This helps you identify potential customers and initiate conversations proactively.
Accessing Visitors
Navigate to Dashboard → Visitors to view the current online visitors table.
Visitor Information
Each visitor entry displays the following information:

| Visitor | The visitor's name or identifier |
| Device | Device type with icon (desktop, mobile, tablet) |
| Last URL | The current or most recent page URL they visited |
| Country | Country flag and code |
| Last Seen | Timestamp of their last activity |
Filtering Visitors
Use the filter options to narrow down the visitor list:
- Visitor: Search by visitor name or identifier
- Last URL: Filter by page URL containing specific text
- Device: Select specific device types (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Country: Choose from a list of countries
Taking Action
Click the chat icon in the Actions column to open a direct conversation with any visitor.
Pro tip: Visitors are updated in real-time. The page automatically refreshes when new visitors come online or existing ones become inactive.
Real-time Updates
The visitors list updates automatically when:
- New visitors come online
- Existing visitors navigate to different pages
- Visitors become inactive
Updates are throttled to prevent excessive API calls, with a minimum 10-second interval between refreshes.
Only visitors on pages with the live chat widget installed will appear in this list.
