Overview

Get a high-level read on your visitor security — blocked, low-trust and allowed counts, trust distribution, top trust and risk signals, and recent low-trust visitors.

Overview

Overview is the first tab of the Security page, reached from Audience → Security. It gives you a snapshot of your visitor security posture so you can tell at a glance whether anything needs attention.

Filters

Two filters at the top of the page control everything below them:

  • Date range — the period to analyse. It defaults to the last 30 days, and you can pick any window up to 366 days.
  • Widget — focus on one chat widget, or leave it on All widgets.

Stat tiles

Four tiles summarise the most important numbers. The first three are clickable and jump straight to a filtered visitor list:

TileWhat it shows
BlockedVisitors blocked by Security. Turns red when there are any. Opens the visitors list filtered to blocked.
Low trustVisitors in the low-trust band. Opens the visitors list filtered to low trust.
AllowedVisitors your team has allowed. Opens the visitors list filtered to allowed.
Avg trustThe average trust score across your visitors in the selected period. Not clickable.

Trust distribution

A bar chart breaks your visitors into the three trust zones, each with a count:

  • 🔴 Blocked — below your block line
  • 🟡 Low trust — between the block and low-trust lines
  • 🟢 Trusted — at or above your low-trust line

A healthy site keeps most visitors in the green. A sudden jump in the red or yellow bands can signal a bot wave or an attack.

Top trust and top risk signals

Two panels sit next to the distribution chart. Top trust signals lists the signals raising scores most often; Top risk signals lists the ones lowering them. Each shows up to five signals with a count, and says plainly when nothing has fired yet.

Click any signal to open the Visitors tab filtered to the visitors it fired on. Use this to spot which kinds of risk are most common on your site.

Recent low-trust visitors

A short list of visitors recently flagged as low trust. Each row shows their trust score badge, name (if known), country flag, and when they were flagged. Click any visitor to open their full security profile, or use View all to jump to the visitors list.

How far back the numbers go

Everything on this tab is drawn from the visitor records still held in your account. Anonymous visitors with no conversations left are deleted after about four months of inactivity, so a very old period can show fewer visitors than it did at the time. Visitors carrying a security decision or a risk signal are exempt and stay.
