Shareboard
The Shareboard is a public page that pairs a feature-request roadmap with a news feed, so customers can vote on what you build next and keep up with what you have shipped.
Overview
The Shareboard is a public page served on your brand's own web address, under /s, that shows customers where your product is going. It has two sections: a Roadmap of feature requests visitors can browse and upvote, and a News feed for announcements and release notes.
The web address
Your Shareboard is served at:
https://<your-brand-address>.yaplet.help/s
A brand can have a web address of the form <name>.yaplet.help, and you set it at Brand → Brand settings → Public address — the same address that serves the knowledge base at /k and the documentation at /d.
A fixed header lets visitors switch between Roadmap and News, and carries a search box that filters whichever of the two they are looking at.
/s returns a not-found page. The Shareboard also stops being served if the organisation's plan includes neither tickets nor news.Branding and styling
The logo in the header is the brand's logo, set at Brand → Brand settings → General → Brand images → Brand logo — the same logo used on the public knowledge base and documentation site. If the brand has no logo, the chat widget's own logo is used; if there is neither, the header shows the word "Shareboard".
The colours come from the brand's chat widget, so backgrounds, text, borders and accents match the rest of your public pages. The chat widget itself is embedded on the Shareboard too, so visitors can start a conversation at any time.
