The Shareboard is a public page that combines a feature request roadmap with a news feed, letting your customers vote on upcoming features and stay updated on announcements.
Overview
The Shareboard is a public-facing page hosted at {your-widget-id}.yaplet.help/s that gives your customers visibility into your product's direction. It has two main sections: a Feature Request Roadmap where visitors can browse and upvote feature requests, and a News feed for sharing announcements and updates.
How It Works
Your Shareboard is accessible at:
https://{widget-id}.yaplet.help/s
Replace {widget-id} with your widget's URL identifier, found in Widget Settings > General > Widget URL.
The Shareboard is connected to your widget and automatically inherits your brand colors and logo. A fixed header with navigation lets visitors switch between the Roadmap and News sections.
Branding & Styling
Like the Knowledge Base, the Shareboard inherits your widget's full color configuration. The header displays your widget logo (or widget name as fallback), and all UI elements — backgrounds, text, borders, and accents — match your brand.
The Yaplet chat widget is also embedded on the Shareboard, so visitors can start a conversation at any time.
