AI & Usage Reports
See what your AI features cost — credit spending over time, overall event usage, and a per-model breakdown of credits and costs across LLM, embedding, reranking, TTS, and voice.
Overview
The AI & usage tab on the Reports page shows how much your AI features are costing and how busy your platform is. Open it from the AI & usage pill at the top of the Reports page.
It combines two trend charts with a detailed per-model table.

Shows how many credits your AI features consume per day, helping you track and manage expenses at a glance.

Shows total interactions and engagement across your platform over time.
Chart features for both:
- Line graphs showing trends
- Total amounts displayed prominently
- Interactive tooltips with exact values
- Date range selection
AI Usage by Model
AI usage by model
A detailed breakdown of credit consumption and costs across every AI model you've used.
Below the charts, the AI usage by model table lists each model your organization has used, grouped by type.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The AI model used |
| Type | LLM, Embedding, Reranking, TTS, or Voice |
| Detail | Number of requests (LLM/embedding/reranking) or generated audio length (TTS/voice) |
| Credits | Yaplet credits consumed by that model |
| Cost | Cost in your organization's currency |
The footer row totals the credits and cost across all models.
Controls
- Date range picker — Filter usage for any period up to 93 days
- Fetch type selector — A "Fast/Slow fetching" option that lets you access data from before September 12, 2024, if you need historical information from that period
