Every form you create in Yaplet gets a public hosted page with its own shareable link. You don't need to embed the widget or have Yaplet installed on a page to use it — the link works anywhere.
Copy the form link
Open your Yaplet dashboard and go to Boards. Select the board the form belongs to, then open the board's Settings tab. Find the form in the list and click the Share or copy icon next to it. The public URL is copied to your clipboard.
Where you can use the link
- Email campaigns — paste it as a button link in a newsletter or automated email.
- Your website — add it as the destination for a "Contact us" or "Submit a request" button.
- Social media — share directly in a post or DM.
- QR code — generate a QR code pointing to the URL for offline materials.
- Help documentation — link to it from a KB article or docs page.
What happens after submission
When a visitor submits the form via the public link, a ticket is created on the board linked to that form — exactly as if they had submitted it from inside the widget. You'll see the ticket in your kanban board with the full form data, the visitor's details, and the timestamp.
What visitors see
The public form page shows your widget's branding (name, color) alongside the form steps. The visitor sees the welcome message, each field in sequence, and the thank-you message on completion. No Yaplet account is required on the visitor's side.
