Auto Translate
Automatically translate your outgoing messages to a selected language before sending them. The original message appears below the translated version.

How to Use Auto Translate
- In the chat input area, locate the Auto Translate dropdown (globe icon)
- Select your desired language from the dropdown menu
- Type your message and send it
- The message will be automatically translated and sent in the selected language
- The original message appears below the translation for your reference

Auto translation only applies to public messages. Private notes are not translated.
Translate Individual Messages
Translate any received message to your preferred language without affecting the original message.
How to Translate a Message
- Look for the "Translate to:" dropdown that appears below each public message
- Select your desired language from the dropdown menu
- The message will be automatically translated and displayed in the selected language
Viewing Original Messages
- Translated messages show the translation by default
- Click the X button next to the language selector to return to the original message
- The original message is preserved and can be viewed at any time
Language Detection: The system automatically detects the source language of messages for accurate translation.

Message Display
- Translated messages appear in the selected language
- Original messages are shown in smaller text below translated messages when auto-translate is used
- Language indicators show which translation language is active
- Source language is automatically detected and stored

Translations are performed using external translation services. Internet connection is required for translation functionality.
