Campaign Details

A comprehensive view of your email campaign performance, including real-time statistics, engagement metrics, and individual email tracking.

Campaign Overview

The campaign details page provides a complete snapshot of your email campaign's performance and status. Access this page by clicking on any campaign from the campaigns list.

Campaign Status

Each campaign displays a status badge indicating its current state:

Ongoing

Campaign is actively sending emails

Scheduled

Campaign is queued to start at a future time

Paused

Campaign sending has been temporarily stopped

Sent

Campaign has completed sending all emails

Cancelled

Campaign was stopped before completion

Campaign Information

View essential campaign details at a glance:

  • Sender Information: The verified email address and name used to send the campaign
  • Campaign Type: Currently shows "Regular campaign" for all campaigns
  • Subject Line: The email subject that recipients saw in their inbox
  • Schedule Information: When the campaign started or is scheduled to start

Email Statistics Dashboard

Track your campaign's performance with comprehensive analytics broken down into key metrics.

Send Status Overview

Monitor the delivery status of your campaign emails:

Sent Emails

Count and percentage of successfully delivered emails, with a progress meter showing completion rate.

Queued/Paused Emails

Emails waiting to be sent or temporarily held, including both queued and paused states.

Failed Emails

Emails that couldn't be delivered due to bounces, invalid addresses, or other delivery issues.

Engagement Metrics

Measure how recipients interact with your emails:

Clicks

Number and percentage of recipients who clicked links in your email.

Bounces

Hard and soft bounces indicating delivery failures.

Unsubscribes

Recipients who unsubscribed from your mailing list.

Complaints

Recipients who marked your email as spam or complained about it.

All percentages are calculated based on the total number of emails that were attempted to be sent (sent + queued + failed).

Individual Email Tracking

View detailed information about each email sent as part of your campaign:

Email States

Track the status of individual email deliveries:

  • Sent: Email was successfully delivered to the recipient's inbox
  • Queued: Email is waiting in the queue to be sent
  • Paused: Email sending was temporarily stopped
  • Failed: Email delivery failed (bounce, invalid address, etc.)

Recipient Details

For each email, you can see:

  • Recipient Email: The email address that received the message
  • Send State: Current delivery status
  • Sent Timestamp: When the email was delivered (or attempted)
Click on any recipient's email address to view their detailed subscriber profile and interaction history.

Campaign Management

Take action on your campaigns using the Actions dropdown menu (available for ongoing, paused, and scheduled campaigns):

Available Actions

Pause Campaign

Temporarily stop sending emails. Recipients in the queue will remain queued until resumed.

Resume Campaign

Continue sending emails from where the campaign was paused.

Cancel Campaign

Permanently stop the campaign. This action requires confirmation and cannot be undone.

Duplicate Campaign

Create a copy of the campaign for reuse or modification.

Important: Cancelling a campaign stops all future email sending and marks the campaign as cancelled. This action cannot be reversed, and any queued emails will not be sent.

Editing Email Content After Campaign Start

Once your campaign has begun sending emails, you can still modify the email content for remaining subscribers. Any changes you make and save will be applied to all emails sent after that point.

Edit Email Content

Access the email editor directly from the campaign details page to modify subject lines, content, and design. All remaining subscribers will receive the updated version.

Important: When you save changes to the email content, all remaining subscribers in the queue will receive the new version of the email. This action cannot be undone, so review your changes carefully before saving.

Use the table filters to find specific emails or analyze particular segments:

  • Filter by State: View only sent, queued, paused, or failed emails
  • Search by Email: Find emails sent to specific recipients
  • Sort by Date: View emails in chronological order (newest or oldest first)
The detailed email tracking table is particularly useful for troubleshooting delivery issues, identifying bounced emails, or analyzing engagement patterns for specific recipient groups.
