User Settings
Personal profile, preferences, and account settings accessible from the user dropdown menu.
The User Dropdown is located at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. It gives you quick access to your profile, status controls, shift management, team switching, and account settings.

Click your avatar and username at the bottom-left of the sidebar to open the dropdown menu.
What's in the Dropdown
Profile Info
Your username, email, and avatar are shown at the top of the dropdown.
Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark mode directly from the dropdown.
Balance
View your current account balance and quickly top up with the Top up button.
Online Status
Switch between Online and Offline to control whether you receive new chats.
Shift Management
If your organization uses Time Management, the dropdown includes shift controls.
Starting a Shift
Select Start shift from the dropdown and choose from your available shift types. If the shift type requires you to be online, you'll be prompted to set your status first.
Ending a Shift
Select End shift to clock out. If you're currently online, you'll be asked whether you'd like to go offline as well.
Switching Teams
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the Team submenu to switch between them. Your current team is shown next to your username.
Users with the Organization permission will also see a Manage team link that navigates to the organization settings page.
Sign Out
Select Sign out at the bottom of the dropdown to log out of your account.
Settings Modal
Open the settings modal by clicking Settings in the user dropdown. Here you can update your personal profile and preferences.
Profile Picture
Click your avatar or the Upload / Change button to upload a new profile picture. Accepted formats are WEBP, PNG, and JPEG.

Notification Volume
Use the Notification volume slider to control how loud notification sounds are (0–100). The slider plays a preview sound as you adjust it so you can find the right level.
