Review queue
Every Autopilot and API post waits here for a human check — approve one by one or a whole week at once, each publishing at its own scheduled slot.
What Lands Here
AI Social Posting > Review queue collects posts generated in approval mode — Autopilot posts and Trigger API posts. Posts you compose by hand never land here; you are the approval. When posts arrive, reviewers with the AI Social Posting permission also get an in-app notification.
The Cards
Each post is shown the way it will look: image on top (with an Autopilot badge and its "Publishes {time}" slot), the caption (a platform toggle appears only when the Facebook and Instagram versions actually differ), the first comment rendered as the comment bubble it becomes, the source link, and a chip per destination page.
Actions

| Approve & publish / Approve for its slot | The label adapts: a post with a future slot publishes at that slot; without one (or past it), it publishes immediately. |
| Approve for later… | Pick a different date and time. |
| Edit | Opens the post in the composer for full editing before you approve. |
| Reject | Cancels the post — it never publishes. |
| Approve all | One confirmation approves everything in the queue, each at its own slot. |
Slot-Aware Approval
Approving doesn't mean posting this second. A post keeps its planned date and time — approve on Monday, it still publishes Friday at 9:00. Only a post approved after its slot has already passed goes out immediately.
