Your profile

Your picture, name and email sit at the top of the Profile tab, pulled straight from your Yaplet account, with your Online / Offline status and your workspace shown beside them. There's nothing to edit here — change your name, picture, email address or password from User Settings on the dashboard.

Availability

The switch under Availability controls one thing: whether new conversations are routed to you. It reads Online with New conversations can reach you, or Offline with New conversations go to your team.

This is also what decides whether your phone gets push notifications at all. An Offline agent gets none — not even for a conversation already assigned to them. The only exception is the organization's owners, who are notified when nobody is on duty.

Set yourself Offline when you finish for the day, or the phone keeps alerting you for conversations you're not going to answer.

Going Offline also hands your live chats on: if a visitor writes into a website, Messenger or Instagram chat assigned to you and you haven't written in it for 5 minutes, the AI takes it over — or, when the AI can't answer, the chat goes back to the team queue. Shifts

If shifts are set up for you (the Time Management permission), a card under Availability reads Not clocked in with a Clock in button. Tap it — and pick the kind of shift if you have more than one — to start your shift; the card then shows Clocked in and how long you've been on. Tap Clock out to end it; if you're Online, the app asks whether to go offline as well. Some shift types need you to be Online, and then the app offers to Go online and clock in.

Your AI

If you have the AI agent permission, a Your AI section lets you try the AI the way a website visitor would (Try your AI) and gives you the code to put it on your website (Put it on your website) — pick your platform, copy the code or widget ID, or send the instructions to your developer. The same section appears on Overview.

Appearance

Choose Light, Dark, or System. System follows whatever your phone is set to, including an automatic switch at sunset if your phone does that.

The choice is remembered on this phone. It has no effect on how the dashboard looks in a browser, and it doesn't carry over if you sign in on a different phone.

Switching workspace

If your account belongs to more than one workspace, the Workspace row (it reads N workspaces · tap to switch) opens the Switch workspace sheet. Tap the one you want.

The app checks that you still belong to that workspace, then reloads the inbox with its conversations.

You see one workspace at a time. Which brands you can see inside it is a separate setting, managed on the team page of the dashboard (avatar menu → Manage team).

Signing out

Under Account, Sign out asks for confirmation first, and the warning it shows is literal: this device will stop receiving push notifications for your conversations. Signing out removes this phone from your profile, so there's nothing left to notify.

Signing back in registers the device again. Signing out on your phone doesn't sign you out of the dashboard — they're separate sessions.

Deleting your account

Delete account, also under Account, removes your account for good. Before you confirm, it lists what you lose: every workspace you own is deleted with everything in it, for all its members too; you leave the workspaces you only belong to (those stay); and your profile and login are deleted. To confirm, type DELETE and tap Delete my account. It can't be undone.

App version

The installed app version is printed at the bottom of the Profile tab. Two reasons to check it:

Reporting a problem — quote it so whoever's helping knows exactly what you're running.
