The Basic plan has a hard limit of 50 AI Answers per month. Once reached, your chatbot will stop responding until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited AI answers.

Billing Cycles

You can choose between two billing intervals:

Annual	Charged once per year	20% off vs. monthly

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes are prorated — you'll receive credit for unused time or be charged the difference.

Usage-Based Pricing

On top of your plan's base price, two features are billed based on how much you use them:

AI Tokens

Every AI interaction (chatbot answers, AI-assisted features) consumes tokens. All AI models are billed at a unified rate — you don't pay more for using a more advanced model.

A typical chatbot answer costs approximately $0.002. For most businesses, this adds up to just a few dollars per month.

Emails sent through Yaplet's newsletter and marketing features are billed per send.

Newsletter emails	$0.50 per 1,000 emails

Only newsletter and marketing emails are billed. Transactional emails, chat notifications, and other system emails are free.

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with generous usage limits:

If you exceed the trial usage limits before the 14 days are up, billing will start immediately. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Viewing Plan Features

On the billing page in your dashboard, you can click View Features on your current plan card to see a full breakdown of everything included in your plan — feature by feature.
