Share a partner dashboard

Updated May 22, 2026

Every partner in Yaplet gets a private, password-protected dashboard where they can see their performance in real time — commissions earned, orders attributed, outstanding balance, and payout history. You generate the link and share it; the partner sets their own password on first login.

Generate and copy the dashboard link

  1. In the dashboard sidebar, expand Affiliate Management and click Partners.
  2. Click the partner you want to share with.
  3. On the partner's detail page, open the Actions dropdown and click Copy public dashboard URL. The link contains a unique token that identifies this partner.
  4. Send the link to your partner by email or any other channel.

What the partner does on first visit

  1. The partner opens the URL you shared.
  2. They are prompted to set a password for their dashboard. This password is required on every subsequent visit.
  3. After setting the password, they see their dashboard immediately.

What partners see in their dashboard

The partner dashboard is a read-only view. At the top, four key metrics:

  • Outstanding balance — what they're owed but haven't been paid yet
  • Total commissions — lifetime earnings
  • Total conversions — number of orders attributed to their code
  • Commission rate — their current rate (percentage or fixed)

Below the summary, partners can:

  • Adjust the date range above the analytics charts to change the commission and conversion trend graphs (the tables below the charts show all entries)
  • View a commission history table (Order ID, commission, order total, status, coupon, customer, date)
  • View their payout history (amount, method, transaction ID, notes, date)

Reset a partner's password

There is no self-service password reset for partners — you reset it for them from the dashboard. On the partner's detail page, open the Actions dropdown and click Reset Password. The next time they open their dashboard URL they'll be prompted to set a new password.
