Share a partner dashboard

Updated May 22, 2026

Your partners keep asking how much they have earned. Give them their own page instead: a private, password-protected dashboard showing their commissions, orders, outstanding balance and payout history. You copy the link and send it; they choose their own password the first time they open it.

Copy the dashboard link

  1. In the left menu, open Marketing → Affiliate Management → Partners.
  2. Click the partner you want to share with.
  3. Open the Actions menu at the top right and click Copy public dashboard URL. The link carries a token that identifies this one partner.
  4. Send it to them however you like.

Treat the link as the credential it is: anyone who has it can set the password if the partner has not done so yet.

What the partner does on their first visit

  1. They open the link you sent.
  2. They are asked to choose a password. It is required on every later visit.
  3. The dashboard opens straight away.

What partners see

The dashboard is read-only. Four figures sit at the top:

  • Outstanding Balance — earned but not yet paid
  • Total Commissions — earned in total
  • Total Conversions — orders attributed to their code
  • Commission Rate — their current rate, as a percentage or a fixed amount

Below that they get:

  • Two charts of commission value and order count, with a date picker above them covering up to a year (the tables underneath always show everything)
  • A commission history table: order ID, commission, order total, status, coupon, customer and date
  • A payout history table: amount, method, transaction ID, notes and date

Because notes are visible to the partner, keep them businesslike — that field is not a private memo.

Reset a partner's password

Partners cannot reset their own password; you do it for them. On the partner's page, open the Actions menu and click Reset Password. The next time they open their link, they are asked to set a new one.
