If a red This workspace is suspended banner sits at the top of your dashboard, Yaplet has stopped your workspace. You can still sign in and read your data, but nothing can be sent or changed until the suspension is lifted. This article explains why it happens, what keeps working, what stops, and what to do next.
Why a workspace gets suspended
Yaplet's team suspends a workspace that is used for spam, phishing or other abuse, or whose email sending puts the delivery of other customers' email at risk. The banner shows the reason we gave. The owners also get an email and an in-app notification when it happens.
What you can still do
- Sign in and read everything: conversations, contacts, reports and settings.
- Export your own data.
- Manage billing: pay an invoice, change your card or cancel your subscription.
- Change your own email address and sign out.
Anything that sends or changes something is refused with the message "This workspace is suspended." If you type a reply in the inbox, it goes back into the message box, so your text isn't lost. The mobile app shows no banner, only the same message when you try to do something. While a workspace you own is suspended, you can't delete your account.
What stops
- All email from your workspace. No replies, transcripts, ticket emails, newsletters or automation emails go out. Running and paused campaigns are canceled, email automations are switched off, and newsletter emails waiting to go out are dropped.
- Your chat and public pages. The chat bubble disappears from your website, and your help center, documentation, roadmap and other public pages show "page not found".
- API keys and AI assistants. API keys and AI assistants connected to your workspace stop working.
- Other channels. Incoming email and Messenger and Instagram messages are not received. They aren't stored and don't arrive later. AI phone agents stop taking calls, and social posting stops.
Getting the suspension lifted
Only Yaplet can lift a suspension. Click Contact support in the banner, or write to [email protected]. When it is lifted, the owners get another email and notification, and your workspace works again at once.
The one thing that doesn't come back by itself is newsletters. Campaigns canceled by the suspension stay canceled, and email automations stay switched off until you start them again.
This is not the same as a failed payment. If your subscription ends because a payment couldn't be collected, your workspace drops to the free plan and nothing is blocked. See Manage your payment method.
