Every person who needs to reply to conversations, manage settings, or view reports must be a member of your Yaplet workspace. You can invite them by email — they'll receive a link, click it, set a password, and land straight in the dashboard.
1. Open team settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Organization. The Team section shows all current members and any pending invitations.
2. Send the invitation
- Click Invite teammate.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Click Send invitation.
Yaplet sends an email with a sign-up link. The invitation appears in the Pending invitations list until they accept.
3. What happens when they accept
When the invited person clicks the link in the email, they are prompted to set a password and are added to your workspace with default permissions. You can adjust their role and permissions straight away — see Set roles and permissions.
Resend or revoke a pending invitation
If the invite email gets lost or you need to cancel it, find the pending invitation in the Team settings list:
- Resend — sends a fresh invitation email to the same address.
- Delete — revokes the invitation so the link no longer works.
Seat limits
Each plan includes a fixed number of agent seats. If you've reached your limit, the invite button will be disabled until you add more seats or remove an existing member. See Manage seat counts for details.
Already have a Yaplet account?
If the person already belongs to another Yaplet workspace, they can still accept your invitation — they'll switch between workspaces from the account menu.
