AI Social Posting

Turn a brand's content into ready-to-publish Facebook and Instagram posts — AI writes the captions, hashtags and images, Autopilot plans weeks ahead, and nothing goes live without your approval.

Where It Is

Marketing → AI Social Posting, with four screens: Posts, Review queue, Autopilot and API.

Everything here works on a brand — the same brand that answers your chats, owns your knowledge base and holds your public web address. AI Social Posting has no brand list and no brand editor of its own any more.

How It Works

Connect Facebook & Instagram

Link your Facebook Page (and its Instagram account) under Meta integration. One connect flow grants the messaging, posting and comment permissions; a page that was connected before posting existed shows Posting: needs reconnect until you reconnect it.

Assign each page to a brand

Every post belongs to a brand, and every page posts as exactly one brand. You choose which on Settings → Organization settings → Meta integration, where each connected page has its own brand selector. If your organisation has only one brand, a newly connected page joins it automatically.

Generate posts

Compose posts one at a time, trigger them from your own systems via the API, or let Autopilot plan and write a rolling two-week queue on its own.

Approve & publish

Autopilot and API posts wait in the review queue by default. Approve them one by one or all at once — each publishes at its scheduled slot.

Three Ways to Create Posts

The composer

Paste a URL, pick pages, hit Generate — captions, hashtags, alt text, image and first comment drafted in seconds, edited by you.

Trigger API

One HTTP call turns a new blog post into queued social posts within about two minutes.

Autopilot

Every published help article, documentation page, Q&A entry, uploaded file, text snippet and website page attached to the brand becomes its own post — Autopilot fills a rolling 14-day schedule, rotated so nothing repeats until it has covered everything, and tops it up daily.

Composing posts

The full composer walkthrough — sources, angles, per-platform captions, first comments, scheduling and publishing.

Autopilot

Set up autonomous posting: per-slot sources and sitemaps, schedules, cost preview, sample posts and queue rules.

Review queue

Approve, reschedule, edit or reject generated posts — one at a time or a whole week at once.

Images & watermarks

AI-generated images, upload rules, alt text, and your watermark library.

API

Trigger AI-generated posts from your own systems with the Trigger API.

Plans & Billing

AI Social Posting is a paid module — $15 a month on top of whatever plan you are on. AI usage is billed like the rest of Yaplet's AI: writing a caption costs a fraction of a cent, and a generated image costs whatever the image model you picked charges. The exact per-image price is printed on the button before you click it, and a failed generation never publishes and is never charged.

Every path defaults to human approval. Auto-publishing exists — per autopilot and per API call — but you have to turn it on deliberately.

Getting Started

Connect your pages and point them at a brand

Go to Settings → Organization settings → Meta integration, connect Facebook, and set the brand selector on each page. Pages show a "Posting: enabled" badge once the permissions are granted.

Give the brand a voice and a look

Open Brand → Brand settings → Social and set the social writing voice, image style, image guidance and default watermark. All four are optional — leaving them empty just means the AI writes in a neutral voice.

Give the brand something to write from

Attach knowledge bases, documentation, files or website pages under Knowledge. The composer's From your content tab and Autopilot both draw on exactly that.

Compose your first post

Go to Marketing → AI Social Posting → Posts → New post, paste a URL from your site, pick your platforms, and hit Generate draft with AI. Review the draft, then publish or schedule it.

Turn on Autopilot

When you're ready for hands-off posting, open Marketing → AI Social Posting → Autopilot — the setup wizard walks you through the schedule and options, shows you how many posts it will generate and what they'll cost, and can produce a sample post before you commit.
