Table Columns

The subscriber table shows:

  • Email: Subscriber's email address (clickable to edit individual subscriber)
  • Name: Subscriber's full name
  • Added At: When the subscriber was added to your list
  • State: Current verification status (VERIFIED, UNVERIFIED, REMOVED, etc.)
  • Engagement: How actively a subscriber engages with your emails — +1 per open, +3 per link click, accumulating over time. Higher-scoring subscribers are sent first in each campaign.
  • Custom Fields: Any additional fields you've created for your subscribers

Quick Actions

Quick Filters

Use the Quick Filters dropdown to instantly view subscribers by status:

  • Verified Subscribers: Confirmed email addresses
  • Unverified Subscribers: Pending confirmation
  • Removed Subscribers: Marked for removal
  • Unsubscribed: Users who opted out
  • Bounced: Failed deliveries, plus addresses already known to be permanently undeliverable
  • Spam Complaints: Reported as spam
A subscriber can show as Bounced without you ever emailing them. A permanent bounce means the mailbox itself no longer exists, so when an address bounces anywhere on Yaplet it is marked on every list that holds it — and an address already known to be dead is marked the moment you import it. Unsubscribes and spam complaints never work this way: those are decisions about one specific sender and stay inside your account.

Bulk Actions

Select subscribers using the checkboxes. An Actions button appears above the table as soon as one is selected:

Add to group
action
Add selected subscribers to one or multiple groups
Remove from group
action
Remove selected subscribers from groups
Verify subscribers
action
Queue selected subscribers for verification
Remove subscribers
action
Mark selected subscribers as removed (won't receive emails)
Delete
action
Permanently delete selected subscribers (requires confirmation)
Export CSV
action
Export selected subscribers to CSV file
Select All applies an action to every subscriber your current filter matches — verifying, removing, deleting and exporting all work that way. The two group actions are the exception: adding to and removing from a group only run on subscribers you ticked individually, and Yaplet refuses the action while Select All is on.
