The review queue is your control point: every post generated in approval mode (Autopilot and trigger-API posts) parks there until a human says go. When new posts arrive, you also get an in-app notification.
What you see
Each card shows the post as it will actually look — image, caption (with a toggle when the Facebook and Instagram versions differ), the first comment as a comment bubble, and the scheduled slot ("Publishes Wed 09:00").
Your options per post
- Approve for its slot — the post stays scheduled for its planned time. Approving on Monday doesn't post on Monday.
- Approve & publish — for posts without a future slot (or past it), publishing starts right away.
- Approve for later… — pick a different date and time.
- Edit — open it in the composer, adjust anything, then approve.
- Reject — the post is cancelled and never publishes.
The one-sitting routine
Because Autopilot generates ahead over a rolling two-week horizon, the practical rhythm is: open the queue once or twice a week, skim the cards, fix the odd caption, then hit Approve all — one confirmation approves everything, each post at its own slot.
Rejected a post but want a fresh take on that slot? Delete it instead — Autopilot refills deleted slots on its next hourly run, while rejected posts keep their slot occupied on purpose.
What's next?
Make the posts look like you: Brand visuals, watermarks and images.
