Keeping a Facebook Page and an Instagram account alive takes a steady stream of posts most teams don't have time to write. AI Social Posting does that work for you: the AI writes platform-tuned captions, hashtags and images from content you have already published, then either posts on your schedule or waits for your approval. You'll find it in the left menu under Marketing → AI Social Posting, and it has four pages: Posts, Review queue, Autopilot and API.
Where the AI gets its material
Everything the AI writes comes from what your brand knows: your knowledge base articles, your documentation pages, the files you have uploaded, the pages of your website Yaplet has read for you, your question-and-answer entries and your product catalogue. All of it sits in one place, at Brand → Knowledge. Publishing an article there makes it available to post about immediately — there is nothing to connect first, and no chatbot in the chain.
Posts belong to a brand as well: it supplies the writing voice, the image style and the Facebook and Instagram pages a post goes out on.
Three ways to create posts
- The composer — paste a URL, pick your platforms, hit Generate. Captions, hashtags, alt text, image and a first comment are drafted in seconds, and you edit everything before it goes anywhere.
- The trigger API — one HTTP call from your own systems (for example, your blog's CMS) turns a new article into queued social posts within about two minutes.
- Autopilot — every knowledge base article, documentation page, FAQ and sitemap URL becomes its own post; it plans posting slots on the days and times you pick and keeps a two-week queue full on its own, rotating so nothing repeats.
You stay in control
Every path defaults to human approval. Autopilot and API posts wait in a review queue until you approve them; posts you compose sit behind a confirmation before publishing. Auto-publishing exists, but you have to switch it on deliberately.
What it costs
AI Social Posting is part of the Growth plan. On any other plan you can add it on its own as a paid module. On top of that, the AI work bills as usage, the same as everywhere else in Yaplet: text costs a fraction of a cent per post, and image generation has its exact price written next to the button before you click. A generation that fails publishes nothing, and an image you never received is never charged for.
