Schedule, publish and track posts

Updated July 7, 2026

The Posts page is the log of everything — drafts, scheduled posts, and the full published history across all your brands, with filters and search.

Scheduling

Schedule a post up to a year ahead. Publishing runs on the minute, and each platform-page combination publishes independently — a hiccup on one page never blocks the others. Scheduled posts can be cancelled any time before publishing starts.

Post statuses

Status Meaning
Draft Saved but not armed. Drafts are the only editable posts.
Scheduled Armed — will publish at its time.
Published Live everywhere it was meant to go. Use Open on Facebook / Instagram in the post's menu to jump straight to it.
Partly published Some pages succeeded, others failed — each page chip shows its own state and error.
Failed Nothing went live. The card shows the reason; delete it or fix the cause and compose again.
Cancelled You called it off before it published.

Built not to double-post

Temporary problems (like a platform rate limit) are retried automatically with increasing delays. Anything ambiguous around the actual publish step fails cleanly instead of retrying blindly — a duplicate post on your feed is worse than a failed one you can resend.
