Read and download your invoices

All invoices for your Yaplet subscription are on the billing page. You can read the line items, download PDFs, and change the address that appears on them from the same place.

Find your invoice history

1. Go to Settings → Organization settings → Billing.
2. Scroll to the Invoices section. You'll see a table of all past invoices, sorted by date.
3. Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (paid, open, or void), and a download link.

What an invoice contains

Each invoice includes line items for:

• Plan base fee — your monthly or annual subscription charge
• AI usage — AI answers are paid from your prepaid Yaplet credits balance (the free plan includes 100 free AI answers a month), so they are normally debited from your wallet rather than billed here
• Newsletter email usage — email sends billed as metered usage beyond your prepaid credit balance
• Prorations — adjustments from mid-cycle plan changes, shown as positive charges when you upgrade and negative credits when you downgrade. These Stripe credits offset the invoice itself, and are a different thing from your prepaid Yaplet credits, which are spent on usage and never applied to an invoice.

Besides your plan's renewal invoice, usage-based charges (voice minutes and newsletter emails) can also be invoiced mid-cycle once your accrued usage builds up. These usage invoices appear in the same history table and don't change your renewal date.

Download a PDF invoice

Click the Download icon on any invoice row to get a PDF. It includes your organisation name, billing address, and all line items. It is a Stripe-generated invoice and meets standard accounting requirements.

Update your billing address

1. Open the Stripe Customer Portal from your billing page.
2. Edit the billing address under your account details.
3. Future invoices use the new address. Already-issued invoices are not changed retroactively.

Invoices for credit top-ups

When you buy a Yaplet credits pack, a separate invoice is issued for that one-time payment. It appears in the same invoice history table, labelled as a top-up.
