All invoices for your Yaplet subscription are available on the billing page. You can view line items, download PDFs, and update your billing address directly from there.
Find your invoice history
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to the Invoices section. You'll see a table of all past invoices, sorted by date.
- Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (paid, open, or void), and a download link.
What an invoice contains
Each invoice includes line items for:
- Plan base fee — your monthly or annual subscription charge
- AI credit usage — usage above your plan's included allowance, broken down by AI model
- Newsletter email usage — emails sent beyond your plan's included count
- Prorations — adjustments from mid-cycle plan changes or seat additions (shown as positive charges or negative credits)
- Account balance applied — any Yaplet credits applied automatically to reduce the total
Download a PDF invoice
Click the Download icon on any invoice row to get a PDF. The PDF includes your workspace name, billing address, and all line items. It's a Stripe-generated invoice and meets standard accounting requirements.
Update your billing address
Your billing address appears on every invoice. To update it:
- Open the Stripe Customer Portal from your billing page.
- Edit the billing address under your account details.
- Future invoices will use the new address. Already-issued invoices are not retroactively updated.
Invoice for credits top-up
When you purchase a Yaplet credits pack, a separate invoice is issued for that one-time payment. It appears in the same invoice history table, labelled as a top-up.
