Every paid plan on Yaplet comes with a 14-day free trial. You don't need to enter a credit card to start — just pick a plan and go.
What the trial includes
- 500 Yaplet credits — for AI answers and voice call minutes
- 1,000 newsletter emails
- Full access to all features on your chosen plan
If you stay within those limits, no charge is made until the trial ends on day 15. If you exceed them before day 14, billing starts immediately for the overage — your card on file will be charged (or you'll be prompted to add one).
How to start a trial
- Go to Settings → Billing in your Yaplet dashboard.
- Browse the plan cards and click Start free trial on the plan you want.
- Review the trial summary — it shows what's included and what happens when the trial ends.
- Click Start your free 14 days. That's it — no card required at this step.
What happens at the end of the trial
At the end of day 14 one of two things happens:
- If you have a payment method on file: Your plan transitions to a paid subscription automatically. You'll receive an invoice for the first billing period.
- If you have no payment method on file: Your workspace downgrades to the Basic (free) plan. You keep your data, but access to paid features is paused until you add a payment method and subscribe.
Cancelling during a trial
You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your workspace reverts to the Basic plan immediately.
